2.Renovation/Final Construction Clean -
Dusting and wiping down walls
Dusting ceilings, light fixtures/fans
Dusting and cleaning of all trim including baseboards, door and window frames
Cleaning all windows including tracks and frames
Removal of all protective plastic/coverings/stickers
Removal of trash (no large items)
Vacuum/mop area
Clean/sanitize area
*Sanitized using dry vapor steam
