What you can expect:
Whole Home/Bedrooms -
Vacuum all floors and carpets
Mop
Dust all open surfaces including window sills
Polish all mirrors
Empty all garbage bins
Clean/sanitize all door handles
Change all linens/towels (client provided)
Sanitize mattresses and pillows
Kitchen -
Clean/sanitize all counters
Clean all sinks and polish faucets
Remove grime from stovetop and backsplash
Wipe exteriors of all appliances
Washrooms -
Clean/sanitize sink, vanity and faucet
Clean shower/tub (deep cleaning on grout is additional)
Wipe exterior of cabinets
Clean/sanitize toilet
*Sanitized using dry vapor steam
